Ask About My Event ↗How far in advance should I book?
Booking at least two weeks ahead is recommended, and earlier is better for popular dates or larger setups. Rush requests under 14 days depend on availability and may include a $45 rush fee.
How do I reserve my event date?
Start with the free quote form. After the details and written quote are approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The final balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Can I order just one custom item?
Absolutely. You can request one banner, one backdrop, shirts, fans, favors, or another custom piece without choosing a full package.
Do you ship custom products?
Yes. Eligible custom products can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Your quote will confirm whether your selections can be shipped and include the cost based on the package size and destination.
Do you deliver and set up decorations?
Local delivery and event setup are available based on your date, venue, location, and decorating needs. Any delivery or setup cost will be clearly listed in your quote.
Can everything match my theme and colors?
Yes—that’s what makes Party Pop special. Share your colors, names, occasion, quantities, and inspiration so your backdrop, banner, favors, shirts, and print pieces can feel connected.
Why can the final price be different?
Final pricing depends on the size, quantity, materials, personalization, venue, setup, delivery, shipping, and deadline. You will receive the complete price in writing before deciding to book.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Contact Party Pop as soon as possible. Your written quote will explain the deposit and any available date, design, or order changes before you pay. The 50% deposit is non-refundable because your date, design time, and materials are reserved after booking.
When will I hear back?
We usually respond to quote requests within 24 hours. Requests sent on weekends, holidays, or during large events may take a little longer.
